At Gemstone Gold, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Returns
We accept returns on all unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:

- In original packaging  
- With all tags and labels attached  

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 30 days. Items must also be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

- If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.  
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.  
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at support@gemstonegold.com  
2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange  
3. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and a return authorization  

Important:  
- Package items securely to avoid damage  
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
For items over $200, we recommend Signature Confirmation  
- Keep your shipping receipt and send us the tracking number

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a refund or replacement per our policy.

Please do not send items without prior authorization.
