Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to honor Gemstone Gold policy for returns within 30 days for any reason.

Returns: We accept returns on all unworn and undamaged gemstone gold jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any unworn and undamaged gemstone gold jewelry for a different size or style within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@genuine-gemstone.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please package the item adequately to prevent damage in transit, and make sure all packaging, accessories and instructions are included. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, and add Signature confirmation if the value is over ($200). Please keep the shipping receipt and email us with the tracking number.

In the case of damage to the shipment or a problem with the product, please report it to us within 14 days and we will make arrangements for return shipping and refund as per Gemstone Gold policy. Please do not send any packages without first contacting us for authorization.
